The government supplements everything, and all the staff and students need to do is show up. In the private sector a little more deliberation is necessary, but all in all, the program tends to be more successful because it is a bit more personal. It all depends on you really; the adult education you decide to go for should be one that you can afford and that is okay with what you really want.
