Can your real estate signs “do the math"

Recently in the news it seems that every day there is more bad news, especially in the real estate industry. This means that anyone who is still left standing is trying to find new ways to stay on top, make the sale and cut costs. While this is a neccessary business decision not all the decisions being made with enough information.

In the sign industry that decision is about the type of real estate signs that are being chosen. The two most popular choices of real estate signs are Coroplast and aluminum. there has recently been an upsurge in Coroplast. These signs are slightly less when you purchase them. On the surface the Coroplast real estate sign is the logical choice, but is it really the wise choice?
Are Coroplast Real Estate Signs really the economical choice?

When people are pricing their real estate signs they find that Coroplast real estate signs cost less than an aluminum real estate sign. When every penny counts, many agents automatically choose the Coroplast. However the price savings this is only at the front end of the purchase.

In reality Coroplast signs are not necessarily the savings that many perceive them to be. A Coroplast sign is a corrugated plastic. These signs are intended for short term use outdoors, up to 2 years in optimal conditions. The signs are waterproof and can stand up to rain, however they do not stand up as well to winds. If they are displayed on stakes, not only will the sign bend but the stakes will often bend as well.

By choosing a Coroplast real estate sign you will have to purchase them more often then signs made of other materials, such as aluminum.
Why aluminum real estate signs will make your accountant smile

Aluminum real estate signs may seem like they would be much too expensive when you are watching the bottom line.
