Many of these conditions such as Beriberi, scurvy, rickets and night blindness are seen to be rising again in the human population.
So I guess the moral of this story is that if you want to be as healthy and vital as you can be you should eat a good balanced diet and you must be using some kind of vitamin supplement. This gives you the best chance for your body to function at it optimal performance.
The evidence is overwhelming that you should use a good quality vitamin supplementation product. You will be much better off giving your body the nutrients it craves.
