With so many properties on the market, selling one is becoming more harder and sellers are being forced to be more creating in the ways they market their property to stand out from the rest. The following are 15 ways to sell your property.
1. Use a real estate agent
2. Put a For Sale by Owner (FSBO) sign outside the property
3. List the property in the local classifieds
4. Call investors with ads that buy houses
5. List your property online in sites like Craigist, for sale by owner
6. Print flyers and door hangers distribute them in your neighbor hood
7. Ask for referrals from you friends an relatives who may know someone who is looking for a place
8. Ask your tenants if they are interested in purchasing the house
9. Seller finance your property
10. Create a note on the property and sell it for cash to a note buyer
11. You can also sell the income of the note you have created but still keep the note
12. Carry a second loan and let the buyer assume the first mortgage
13. Lease option the property
14. Use auction companies to sell your property
15. Exchange the property for something else you want
