In fact, AMCAT Global has a substantial fleet of semi-trucks loaded with dehumidification and ambient control equipment including commercial desiccant dehumidifiers, Low Grain Refrigerant dehumidifiers, and high velocity, low amperage air movers. In the event of a large water loss, these trucks are dispatched to any United States location within 24 hours.
AMCAT's custom-built desiccant dehumidifier units are capable of removing over 30% of the moisture within 2-24 hours of installation. This type of drying method, known as "aggressive drying," facilitates the removal of excess moisture from the air as well as from soaked building contents and materials.
Other AMCAT equipment includes trapped moisture drying units, negative air scrubbers, floor drying panels, 15kw to 500kw generators, odor-controlled thermo fogging units, and other specialty equipment often required on large scale water restoration job sites.
