You have your system in place and the only thing missing is prospects. There are numerous ways to attract prospects and it all depends on how much time and money you have. In my experience I have found one way that has proven successful over and over again. This method is successful and creates consistent leads on a daily basis.
The greatest way I know of getting customers to your website in 12 hours or less is by using Pay Per Click Advertising through Google Adwords. By signing up for a free account you can put your squeeze or capture page in front of millions of potential customers almost instantly. My purpose here is to not make you an Adword expert but to make you aware of it.
Some of the key concepts in Google Adwords are what follows:
Working At Home Stinks (TITLE)
If You Don't Have Leads. (BENEFIT)
My 7 Day Course Can Help. (FEATURE)
Website Name and Url (WEBSITE NAME AND URL ADDRESS)
Your title is important because you are competing in the marketplace against thousands of others. So, your title should be attract attention quickly. The title you see above has worked very well for me in the past because it sticks out amongst many other titles and that’s what you want.
After the title, you need to have a line that states the benefit needed by your niche. In my case I’m focusing on work at home industry and the one thing you need in that niche to survive are leads. So, since that’s one of the primary concerns I put that on the first line of my ad and is the key benefit of my ad.
The next line is the feature you are selling and in my case I’m promoting my 7 day free boot camp marketing course. The last line is the website name and address to which you are directing traffic.
When creating your campaign, the one thing I found to be true is you will kill yourself and your budget if you just dump thousands of untargeted words pointing back to your ad. All experts tell you to use more finely targeted groupings and they are 100% correct.
What they mean by this is to pick a word or phrase such as “tropical fish” and put several targeted words that potential Google searchers may put in to find “tropical fish information. You may type “fish” or “tropical fish” or “Atlantic Tropical Fish” or “Pacific Tropical Fish” and so forth.
You can experiment to your heart’s content with words and pricing and I recommend that you do if you want to be truly successful in lead generation. From a practical standpoint, I have found that you want to be somewhere in the 5th to 8th place range in terms of placement. This means, when your ad’s keywords are typed into Google your ad shows up in the 5 – 8 range. Anything higher means you will junk clicks (and waste money) and anything lower will not get your ad seen.
The biggest problem you will run into is competing with the very expensive key words. So, to keep your budge sane you need to seek out lesser used key words. However, these words still need to be targeted to what you are promoting.
