3 Easy Steps to Stopping Male Hair Loss
By: Charlie Miller.
Male pattern baldness is a rising problem for many men experiencing this problem. Male pattern baldness is also called male hair loss because it is the most common type of hair loss in men. Most men who usually have this aren't fully aware what will happen over time. Many bald men have become bald after experiencing hair loss over time. Male hair loss can be stopped by taking the most effective measures. Here are 3 ways to stop male pattern baldness.
1. You've Probably Heard This a Thousand Times: Drink Water.
Drinking at least a gallon of water a day will help your body wash out the toxins that are causing a blockage of nutrients to the hair scalp. A gallon roughly works out to about 8 cups of water.
2. Follow a High protein diet.
Eat at least 1 gram of protein per a pound of your bodyweight. So if you weigh 180 lbs, consume at least 180 grams of protein every day. Try to eat lots of ground beef, chicken and fish. Other benefits of doing this include higher energy levels, and increased strength and mass, if you work out.
By doing this you can get all the Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) and natural oils such as Fish oil and Flax seed oils. These amino acids and oils will boost your body's ability to cut down the hair loss. Try to avoid any alcohol (alcohol increases estrogen levels), sugars and cut down on the saturated fats (animal fats from meats). Eating less processed food and junk food can contribute to faster hair regeneration.
3. Grab yourself a hair loss product.
You've probably seen hundreds of advertisements for products that claim they can stop your hair loss in 1 day and start regenerating hair fast. Well the truth is, you know that most products like these are hyped. And most men aren't aware that most of these pills are produced from contaminated ingredients and without proper quality control (there are hardly any regulations for supplement factories).
Propecia (also called Finasteride) is a widely used drug for hair loss. Most guys use it because they see fast results that impress them, and create hope that they'll have their hair back - but they aren't aware of the side effects. Finasteride, before being proven to be effective for hair loss, was a drug for Prostate cancer. The side effects of this drug included erectile dysfunction, lower sex drive, premature ejaculation and lower fertility.
